it's funny how nature always leads the way in reminding us how peaceful the world can be

I don't know why this post, out of all of yours, was the one that made me cry. This is the first summer I spend away from Lebnan (specifically Baabdat) and the first summer I don't spend each afternoon jogging in Mar Chaaya while my cousin rides his motorcycle there and people look at him with disgust.
Bless you for this image of peace. it is beautiful, the world the way God intended for each and every one of us. May the Good Lord blessyou and keep you for keeping your eyes and ours on His beauty, peace, and hope despite what has befallen all of us in Lebanon.
This is the only page that brought tears to my eyes too today. It's been 22yrs since I left Lebanon, and over 30 yrs. since I've seen the beautiful sceneries. I was 7 when all hell broke loose. I miss "Little Paris" very much. I pray every single day for peace for the sake of my aunt and her family; who still live there, and every single one of the Lebanese people, who can't seem to get a break from the intermitent violence that trickles in all the time from all around the World.
