Morti - no part of Lebanon is safe. Even LBC Comm Towers are targets. What defines a Hezbo territory? The fact that the locals are Shia? The fact that the locals are Lebanese? Qana is a mixed community; Sheba is a Sunni town; Jounieh is Christian.
