"Growing expatriate demand and steady demographic trends to continue sustaining real estate activity" what does that mean to you? to me, it means that perhaps the speculation of the real estate bubble popping was just merely speculation..and unless someone donates an apartment to me, I will never be able to afford to buy any property here!

It means that banks are not seeing a demand supply shift anytime soon... it's logical, as long as stability persists and expats invest in the country.
