twas a fantastic night... one of the busiest gemmayze nights in the history of gemmayze nights, when suddenly in the distant sky, lightning struck... and then it was no longer so distant.
at around 1 AM, all hell broke loose, with cats and dogs dropping on girls in miniskirts.
this was the scene in gemmayze at around 1:20 AM. people crowding walls, under balconies. it was a beautiful sight.
those who could, jammed themselves into pubs and clubs.
so we went to torino express. it seemed fully full, but luckily we made it to the very back where there was an empty table.
had 4 shots of tequila, 2 glasses of wine, and a pepperoni cheddar sandwich.
the atmosphere was electric, just as it was outside. people, forced to conglomerate into unexpected settings, and still in shock from the surprise storm, were all too giddy and euphoric to mind that they were not at gauche caviar or crystal.
it was a night when all pubbers and clubbers were as one - perhaps it could rain on the politicians?
