Oil Slick reaches Byblos & Batroun : North Lebanon

There was a report that the oil slick was caused by a hezbollah missile launched at sea that hit an egypytian oil tanker. (instead of an israeli ship)
If the oil spreads out along the whole coast the leak had to occur at sea not on the coastland.
I just saw video of it on CNN. They are reporting that it was from the air strike on the fuel tanks. CNN seems to be holding Israel responsible (without making a big deal of it of course.)
